Shipping Details
All shipping is done via Canada Post using Parcel Rates. When placing your order, please consider the speed of shipping. Regular Parcel service can take up to 14 days across Canada. Faster service options are available upon request.
Shipping charges will be added to all orders not picked up.
During warm weather, we reserve the right to limit the range of our deliveries, in order to protect the chocolate. Chocolate being shipped further than we deem appropriate will have ice-packs added at an extra charge.
Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
Prior to printing your personalized items, you are required to review and approve a proof. This is your approval to proceed with the order "as is".
If there is a problem with your order you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. The packing slip that is sent with your order will include details of how to either replace your order or return your product to us.
You must contact us prior to returning your order.
* If the problem is OUR ERROR:
If there is an error on your order that does not appear on the proof you have approved we will re-print your order for free.
If your original order included candy bars then we can (at your choice) either:
a) Reprint wrappers only and ship to you (at our expense) for you to re-wrap yourself. (There is no need to return anything to us in this case)
or
b) You can return your entire order (at your expense) and we will reassemble your order with the corrected wrapper then ship it back (at our expense). We will not begin processing your corrected order until we receive your returned order.
If your original order was for wrappers only then we will reprint the wrappers for free and ship to you (at our expense).
When shipping items to you at our expense we will ship whatever method is required to make sure your order gets to you on time.
* If the problem is YOUR ERROR:
If there is an error on your order that appears on the proof you approved then we can reprint wrappers only at the "Wrappers Only" price (see item for current pricing) and ship them to you at your cost to re-wrap yourself. This is essentially a new order to replace your original order.
We will always endeavor to replace / re-print your order as quickly as possible based on our current processing times.
Please note, the colors as well as brightness or darkness of colors you see on your screen may differ from the actual colors on the printed wrappers. The settings, quality, and calibration of your monitor determine the variation. We do not accept returns based on these slight variations.
